Using STOIQ SOCIETY
These terms form your agreement with The Society Inc. for using STOIQ SOCIETY. We provide free journaling, education, portfolio, community and trading-information features. Access depends on applicable membership, broker and country eligibility. The platform is not currently available to US residents. Do not bypass access restrictions.
Your account and conduct
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, harass members, share unlawful or infringing content, manipulate rewards, scrape restricted information or interfere with the service. Scams, fabricated performance, misleading profit guarantees and undisclosed commercial promotions are prohibited. You are responsible for your account use and compliance with applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and permit us to host, process and display it to its intended audience to operate the service. Only share material you have permission to use. Other members may copy public content. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms. Platform software, branding and materials remain the property of their respective owners; access does not authorize their copying or redistribution.
Trading information and third parties
Trade ideas, education and analysis are general information, not personalized investment advice. Read the Risk & Affiliate Disclosure for trading risks and broker compensation. Broker accounts and other third-party services are governed by your separate agreements with those providers. A referral or affiliation check does not guarantee a provider’s suitability, authorization or performance.
Contests and creators
Contest participation and cosmetic rewards are covered by the Contest Rules, together with the settings shown for each contest. Members who publish trade ideas, analysis, courses or live content, or organize contests, must follow the Creator Terms. These documents supplement these terms for the relevant features.
Service availability and responsibility
Features and content may change, contain errors or be interrupted. Keep your own records of important information. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or trading outcomes and are not responsible for losses from independent trading decisions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and account deletion
We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns, eligibility changes or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken. You may stop using the service or request deletion in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, recovery and retention. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to keep an account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Disputes may be brought before its courts, without limiting any mandatory right you have to bring a claim in another competent court. You retain the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence where applicable.

We identify document versions, give appropriate notice of material changes and request fresh agreement where required. Contact the team using the details below with questions or disputes. Your mandatory consumer protections and rights to seek remedies through a competent authority or court remain unaffected.
